I have an error with the message
"unhandle Exception"
you can see capture on attach
on error i have to see logfile, but on log file doesn't bring up anything
can you see whats wrong

i try the guide.xml on another PC, it was running well
now, the Main PC was notif Mismatch Hardware
Currently the notification above has disappeared, but there is a notification that appears when I run manually as in the attachment, can you please explain what happened to the log?
Looks like something broken in config, can you use the config example (rename it) in misc folder and change path, add license and some chanels. Then run a license update first, then normal grab.
I've tried what was suggested but it still doesn't work, do I have to uninstall it first?
uninstall it and make sure the webgrabplus folder is removed for the appdata(see your log for the excact path).
why are your using V5.1 when V5.2 is the latest on the downloads page.
oke i will try, I installed this version in December 2023
I have installed V5.2 but when I enter the license there is a notification that the license ID missmatch, even though I have entered the license pass code correctly
case close guys, you have to enter the correct registered mail :D
