m.tvprofil.net / tvprofil.net site offer EPG in multiple languages. Is there a way to prioritize/chose/change preferred one for grabbing?

I think you are confused, tvprofil does not offer epg in multiple language. It offers channels by country or category.
Example BBC1 is an english channel, you will not find that channel in german or french.
You may find a channel in 2 language Eurosport 2.de or Eurosport 2.uk, this are threated as separate channels.
That said you can grab the languange what you want.
