I'm having trouble using the new mtel.ba and mts.rs siteini files. I'm getting an error saying
[Warning ] error downloading page: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
[Warning ] pausing 1 of 4 times for 5 seconds before re-try.
I am getting this on Win 8.1 and have enabled TLS 1.2 in regedit.
I have also updated to the newest version 2.1.9.
Anyone got any tips or solutions for me?
