Time is way off

I've stumbled across this beautifull peace of software a few days ago and was able to configure it using the manual on this site. Data that has been collected is great. But I can't seem to get the times right.

In the data there is for example this line:

programme start="20180616093000 +0100" stop="20180616095000 +0100" channel="NPO 1 HD"

This program started today, 16 june 2018, at 13.00 hour realtime. The first part of 20180616093000 is the date. That leaves me with 093000 for the time. If I read this correct it is 9.30. And that's way off. Emby reads the file correct. But what am I doing wrong with webgrab?

My Webgrab files are in the zip.

Is there something obvious I am missing?

edit: I have tried to alter the timezone setting using the timezone=? mode. I have changed the timezone into Europe/Amsterdam. That results in:

programme start="20180616121000 +0200" stop="20180616123000 +0200" channel="NPO 1 HD"

This program starts at 14.10 hour. And not at 12.30 hour. 1 hour and 40 minutes off.

edit 2: I've just tried canaldigital sitepack and the results are the same

edit 3: I've just tried TVgids and that data is correctly timed. But Canandigital is richer (icons) so I would like to use that

Thanks! I thought my times were 1 h 40 min off. That's why I couldnt figure it out. I will create a new guide.xml with time set back to UTC. But I think where the problem might be. And that't with the viewing software I use. It's not Kodi or Perfect Player. It's Emby. And while thats a great piece of software, there is still a lot of work to be done on live tv.

i'll report back.
