Stopping Grab data at midnight

Evening all

Is there a way to stop all grab data at Midnight For eg when grabing from Canada it stops at 04:00 GMT not at midnight , During daylight changes this becomes a problem, Most US grabs are fine and end around midnight but channele grabed using tvpassport.com extend upto 04:00GMT tvguide.com no problem with that bout timezones are set to "timezone=America/New_York" one works andd one doesnt .

Could someone please look at it as i couldnt find why it does it.

Thanks

Update. sorry tvguide.com is using  "timezone=UTC" and it still gives the exact right time grabing in the UK Just noticed that.

Sorry for the confusion lol, yes webgrab adjusts the time after dst, but what I am experiencing is when this happens

<programme start="20170325223500 +0000" stop="20170326021000 +0100" channel="101">

then my guide doesnt load on an android system on the pc it loads and even overwrites if there is a programme with the same listing but on android the guide crashesbecause of the change in time . I have worked around this by changing everything to UTC so it actually loads but have noticed it doesnt work with every site(bein, yo.tv) , But I think this is the only way for now.

lol Yes Blackbear think it will have to be that for now, not very nice when you have to change 12 guide data, just to change it back 24 hours later is a pain lol. Thanks for your time.
