Scambled French Characterset in TVTV.CA

TVTV.CA is giving me a weird characterset for French interpretation. Any ideas?? Thanks

Here's a sample of tvtv.ca raw code.... It looks like that is where the problem starts..... Webgrab can't decrypt it correctly. Cool beans.
