is it possible to use input the proxy in site.ini itself.
So that it wont affect the whole config.

get the documented configuration files from the downloads page.
in the webgrab config one read the section on channel grouping.
using channel grouping u can set a specific proxy just for this group of channels(all channels for a specific ini for example).
there are other custom setting you can also assign to the group.
you can have as many groups as you want all using different proxy's if you want.
any channels not in a group use the default wg setting from your config.
