I am Using Linux, Lastes Webgrabber Plus

on Goole TV Using TiviMate App for IPTVs
I have Grabbed EPG for Channel "STAR GOLD HD" using "Tatasky.com.) ini.
Which Clearly have inside Credits Information Like
Actors, Directors etc. can see in the Channel but it only Display Program Name & Description
is it due to the TiviMate APP Limitation or some format wrong in the xml file ?

I dont use tivimate but im pretty sure its an app limitation. not all apps support those extra elements
