Problem grabbing at hd-plus.de

I have some channels I would like to grab the EPG from hd-plus.de. I entered the correct files in the config.xml but at the end I get the following message in the log file:

[ Info ] ( 39/46 ) HD-PLUS.DE -- chan. (xmltv_id=UHD1) -- mode Smart
[Warning ]
[Warning ] !! -- WARNING : hd-plus.de doesn't allow epg grabbing !!
[Warning ] it is advised to disable this channel / site from your channel list
[Warning ]

Just one exmple out of three.

Could anyone help me with this issue?
