I've installed V3.1 and it's still the same; no xml generated.

Username and password license added as the sample and I still got the same error.
edit:
removed attachment as contains mail and password
you have an error in config line one position 4 (whitespace) download the sample here https://github.com/SilentButeo2/webgrabplus-siteinipack/blob/master/site...
edit with notepad++ and change license and add channels.
