No index page data errors on virginmedia.com

New to WG++ and hoping for help. I've installed and configured WG++ successfully and are happily gathering EPG data from German EPG sources. Trying the add my UK channels via virginmedia.com fails for all channels with the following error (example):

[  Info  ] (  87/144 ) VIRGINMEDIA.COM -- chan. (xmltv_id=BBC ONE) -- mode Incremental
[Error ] Unable to update channel BBC ONE
[Critical] Generic syntax exception:
[Critical]    message:
[Error ] no index page data received from BBC ONE
[Error ] unable to update channel, try again later
[ Info ] Existing guide data restored!

I'm using:
WG++ v2.1 on a
Synology NAS (Unix 3.2.40.0)
Environment: 4.0.30319.42000
Mono version: 5.18.0.240 (tarball Thu Feb 28 09:27:39 UTC 2019)
I just copied the channel lines from the latest virginmedia.com.channels.xml file from github to the Webgrab+Plus.config.xml file and neither changed the virginmedia-xml, nor the virginmedia-ini file. Any advice appreciated...

Understood. Many thanks. Will do. Two more questions, if I may:
1) I just found the 2.1.5 beta version, which - I assume - is the newest, but also around for a while. Would you recommend using that one instead of the 2.1 release?
2) I understand WebGrab+Plus is Freeware, but no Opensource. I've created an spk package that can install it on Synology NAS systems at least semi-automatically. Do you know whether that is fine from a license perspective or for the author or both?

1.) Newer releases fix problems, so it is reccomended to use the latest, even if beta. Pretty soon there should be another update, that fix quite a lot of bugs.
2.) I think a script/build package should not be a problem (if it does not modify or change wg++ in any way) for now. For your inquires you can contact the authors directly: http://webgrabplus.com/content/contact
