View weeks ago I configured to run Webgrab++ on my Raspberry Pi2 to update my tvheadend database. Everything worked fine. The process was running as a cron job once a day.
Now Webgrab++ doesn't start anymore. I already reinstalled it and using the default configuraion and get the same problem that the timezone can't be loaded because a value is out of range.
Maybe Mono was updated and something was changed in the API? I'm not sure.

I'm not sure if mono was upgraded. The log says that the tarball is from Oct 4th. In the past I updated the packages on my system, but I don't remember if mono was part of that update and I didn't check if Webgrab++ was still running which I made the update.

But only mono-runtime was installed before. I have deinstalled and reinstalled by following your description, but I got another exception that the assembly System.Web was missing. Now I installed mono-complete which takes a while and Webgrab++ is running now.
