I have an encrypted site ini file which is working fine but new channels are added. how can i create a new channels.xml file to see the new added channels?

Right it produce all channel list for different sites in your config, of course only for those with one step process. Siteini that use country, provider, zip codes, etc. etc. need multiple run to get channel list, all those that needs c1-c2-c3 will not work.
