channels not updating

Everything was working perfectly a few days ago. Since then I have updated webgrab to v2.7.0 and updated the site.ini files, but now almost no data is being downloaded. I am getting 2 errors: 

error downloading page: Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\ServerCare\WebGrab\hot_cookies.txt' is denied

and

no index page received

Not sure If I have messed something up my end, or if there is some other problem
