have u tired running the same command from the command line.
also i would try adding the full path to add_logo.py

there are python instructions
i assume /usr/bin is in your PATH variable so you dont include /use/bin
see screenshot of git instructions.
2nd one has a postprocessor line example.

in ur first screenshot is looking for python3 in wrong directory.
in second it trying to run but seen there a issue with add_logo.py
are u sure u have ur logo ini file configured correctly as per the examples?

u could try the add_logo.exe from github.just install mono and run it via that instead of python version.
/usr/bin/mono add_logo.exe ect..(ur input.output info)
the python version was from a donator,i could try figure out where the issue is but i am not a python guy.
