Hi
I have webgrab+ up and runing grabbing epg data from a source in my same timezone (Dublin/London) without any issues and now have started grabbing data from from tvguide.com for NY timezone (-5 hours) but if I run the epg grab now it seems that it doesn't grab the data for the immediate programs currently showing and epg data will only start showing for programs starting a couple of hours after the grab.
so if I pull data at 4:30 I won;t see epg data until programs starting after 9:30pm. I am using the epgdata with epgimport plugin on enigma2 device
I have seen something about setting the offset to be something like +0500 below is an example of the 1st program extracted from a grab that was started at 01:35am (Dublin/London)
<programme start="20161129060000 +0000" stop="20161129090000 +0000" channel="Fox Sports 2">
<title lang="en">UFC Fight Night: Whittaker vs. Brunson: From Melbourne, Australia</title>
<sub-title lang="en">From Melbourne, Australia</sub-title>
<desc lang="en">New Zealand's Robert Whittaker meets American Derek Brunson in the middleweight main event in Melbourne, Australia. Also: Jake Matthews vs. Andrew Holbrook; Kyle Noke vs. Omari Akhmedov. (cc)(n)</desc>
</programme>
I guess the question is do I need to do something with the offset configuration or do I just have to accept this gap in EPG data?
Thanks I'll do that now, will take about 90 mins before I see the results ,
Yes the epg when grabbed and assigned is correct but just missing the 1st couple of hours.
thanks for the quick response and all your posts in this forum which have helped me getting up and running with this.
Thanks I have just finished rerunning and importing it and it now works perfectly, I do though have a similar issue for some of the BEIN channels missing epg data for the imported time..
I was looking at the ini file rev 11 and see the below line, I guess I need to set the timezone to a different value but i'm not sure what values are valid here
any help would be appreciated.
Thanks once again
I have tried the following and it seems to at least execute without throwing an error for the moment
Hi again
I have tried the above and my ini looks like
However when I check the guide.xml for a specific channel and program I get the below
The epg website (http://www.beinsports.com/en/tv-guide) shows that match is starting at 2016/12/08 07:30 however when I check the time and date it is actually starting at 2016/12/07 15:45
When I look at the epg on the website for 2016/12/08 07:30 I get the below
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks a million for your help, I just tested it and it works perfectly,
I just wish I knew more about these ini files so I could make these changes myself.
Hi again
It looks like the BEIN.net site has been changed once again, can you please advise me how I can update the ini file to reflect these changes?
