I've exact the same problem like btb22 on Thu, 2013-04-04 17:06, but with another EPG-Provider (Teleboy.ch).

I've tested it here but, no issues here.
But because you delivered good info (logging, files, ..) I think I now what is going on.
The sites pages start at 6:00. So the site uses this a start point. If you visit the site before 06:00, it will show the day before. ( I think)
I see that you start grabbing at 04:00, so that explains it.
So to be correct, you should grab between 06:00 and 00:00 (but better before it so lets say until 23:00, if grabbing doesn't takes more then 1 hour).
Could you test that and let it know if that is a solution?
I'll look if I can make something to grab also during 00:00 and 06:00.

Yesterday, I startet the grab-job at 22:00, this morning everything is OK.
