its wrong,the site_id="xxxxx" the first character should be a X not a -

that work fine for me.
did u change anything in your webgrab config?
whats timeout are you using,useragent,ect
all these can make a difference.
i would set a time-out of 30(default is 5)

these settings are in your webgrab config.xml
time-out is in the <retry setting.
just tried timeout=30 and that user agent. same result. Was working fine and i havent changed anything. From Canada using usa ip. It def is slow but it works.
This ini and tvtv.ca were the only ones that had correct info for some of the supersports packs.
tvtv.ca quit working for me as well.
