ok,i checked with my win 10 pc and it shows the same thing.
if I remember by default tls1.2 should be enabled but doesn't assume this.

is it enabled for tls1.2 also?,your screenshot shows tls1.0
make sure its enabled for client,thats what webgrab is( a client).

For NowTV it seems to be Rev 7 not Rev 8, but I cannot tell if it works or not as it is encrypted and uses the v3.0 licencing system. Have sent a separate email regarding that.

I just tested the new SiteIni and the problem still persists in Win7.
It seems to happen when new entries to add or changes in the guide file.
And as remark, with the former Siteini, the problem was only in Win7 (not in Win10).

yes. I tried with different setting without success, including 80

can you post a full WebGrab++.log.txt after a siteini.pack update? I suspect you have an old version of siteini, that could be the only reason. Also please try some channels from m.movistar to see if problem persist.

you can make a file with .reg extension it will ask you to add to registry, say yes and reboot.

Coming back to the problem. It never disappeared.
Again, it happens only in Win7 (unfortunately I cannot upgrade to win10).
I've realized that the problems seems to happen only when there is a change in the epg when grabbing.
I grabbed the epg with another win10 computer. Then copied in the Win7 and run the grabber.
In the logs, the iii and .... proceed smoothly, and only when receiving a "c", the problem occurs.

Hope for a solution

i dont see the relation to a change in the program(only a title or start/stop time change would cause "c").
it has absolutely nothing to do with connection issues which this appears to be.

do this.
run any channel for 1 day epg using <update>f</update>
edit your guide.xml and for the very first program change the title to anything but what is is now.
run webgrab again with <update></update>
this will force webgrab to use the update mode on the channel line which is "i"
if what you said is true you should get the same ssl problem.

Basically what I am saying is that when I run the grabber in a windows10 pc, it works. Then I copy the grabbed guide.xml in the Win7 PC and run the grabber there. What I observe is that any time an update must be done (and I assume something needs to be downloaded from movistarplus.es, example: https://www.movistarplus.es/guiamovil/MV1) the problem appears.

I did. I posted the cmd window output, which shows more than the WebGrab++.log itself... Try to run a movistarplus channel in a windows 7 pc and you will observe/reproduce the problem I believe. I have used versions 3 and new 4. Also TLS 1.2 available and .net framework 4.8 and later even 5.

download the ini again.
i fixed the problem that cause the "c"
it wasnt a actual show title or start/stop time change but rather a problem with the title cleanup that cause the title to be changed if it had a quote in it.

looking at your log it does eventually connect and complete.
you seem to be having issues with the details page where you randomly cannot make a connection to to server.
its not the index page because you wouldnt get the "c" as the index page is needed to determine if a show has had a change.

what user-agent are you using,its in ur wg config.xml

TLS 1.0 is activated at my end too.
I have IE11 and Edge in the Win7 computer

yes. like i said, try it in a win7 machine and you will reproduce the problem. i've tried it in 2 machines.
i can access the channel site with the internet explorer with no problem. i even installed the certificate.

windows 7 hasnt been around for 10 years.
what wg version are you using 3.x or 4.x,have you tried them both?

yes. the problem started to happen when i reported, meaning last months.
i've both, 3 and 4 versions, and trien with netframework 4.8 and 5.

and it happens with movistarplus website specifically

i would disagree with that as there be many more posts,not just windows 7 but all windows version.
i say the problem is something your missing in windows 7.
