How do I encrypt a siteini?

Hello there,

Haven't been here for quite a while and i see there has been a lot going on.
Say, I am a siteini writer, how do I encrypt my siteini with a key and expiration date?
I looked up the whole forum and all manuals but I couldn't find what I was looking for.
