you have a problem with your start time scrub..

so whats actually getting scrubbed for the start time is this...

","prgName":"news","PlayTime":"4/29/19

thats why the error as webgrab has no idea what it means.

btw if it was really scrubb this value..

webgrab has no problem reading this time format.
