I am using WG++ V2.1 , mono 3.2.8 and Ubuntu 14.
As example, I have added cinemagia.ro and it's working, but tv.com it's not.
I was wondering if tv.com is still working or if i miss something.

I am having a similar error but not the same as yours (i do not think you have log level set for errors).
During my troubleshooting I had to completely delete all cookies in my browser, restart, relog into Tv.com, -> re set the area for the EPG feed. then copy the new Cookie for it to work. I am at this error now:
Info ] ( 1/501 ) TV.COM -- chan. (xmltv_id=WUPV (CW)) -- mode Incremental
[Error ] Unable to update channel WUPV (CW)
[Critical] Generic syntax exception:
[Critical] message:
[Error ] no index page data received from WUPV (CW)
[Error ] unable to update channel, try again later
[ Info ] Existing guide data restored!
I also noticed if I go to the site manually -> within my browser -> then manually copy and past the xmltv_id=WUPV (CW) or just "WUPV" (which I know exists on this feed) - nothing comes up and indicates the channel not found.
This may be something to do with a site redesign so we would need to look at modifying the tv.com.ini to scrape the channel info little differently.
FIXED: in your tv.com.ini file switch the commented out section here to show:
