After some trial and error I have my .xml configured like I want it. The next step seems to be finding a site. I was using dropbox to host my file for testing puproses but after it go over a certain size, it stopped loading EPG data into my player. I assume that is because it was no longer able to generate a preview of the file due to size. I've tested on Amazon AWS and it hosts the file without problems but that isn't really a free option and the trial will eventually expire.
Is there a site that anyone could recommend? I am trying to create a publicly available URL for me and my immediate family (4-5 users), so I don't need a ton of bandwidth. Any suggestions appreciated.
I will look into that. The computer with WebGrab is on 24/7, so that would not be an issue. Would it matter that my IP is not static?
I used to use dropbox with no problems, now I host it myself since my webgrab install is on a 24/7 NAS.
To create a direct download link for dropbox rename the domain 'https://www.dropbox.com' to 'https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com'.
Don't use the preview link like 'https://www.dropbox.com/home/?preview=guide.xml'. Instead 'Share' the link and click 'Create a Link'.

PS- http://freedns.afraid.org/dynamic/ is great for free DDNS
Thanks...I was having fits trying to get Apache to work. It didn’t want to play nice with my Plex server already running on the computer.
