encrypted mag.sapo.pt.ini

Hi all,

I've downloaded de mag.sapo.pt.ini file from the forum-europe.
its encrypted and I have added to Config file the line decryptkey site="mag.sapo.pt">*******<---
how ever I can't get it to work.

can some one help me please?

attached, all the files, including the Log.
