UK RadioTimes - EPG times off by 1 hour

Hey all,

I've been using WG++ for the best part of a year, all of a sudden the site I had been using started producing question marks after programme titles in the EPG (i.e. BBC News (?)) and the descriptions had disappeared. This had been going on for quite a while (couple of months) so this weekend just gone, I decided to try out a new site and see if I had any more luck.

I ensured that everything I could update, was up to date - updated mono to the latest available, downloaded the latest site-ini pack zip, checked the wg++ version against the latest on the site, etc...

I decided to use radio times, and managed to configure wg++ to pull down the channels I want, and verified that all the site info was there.

After the several hours it took to scrape, I imported the guide.xml into TV Headend, and got Kodi to clear the PVR database, and re-import the guide.

It was at this point I noticed that everything in the guide was one hour behind - i.e. "BBC News at 10" was in the guide @ 11pm, "Breakfast" which starts at 6am was in the guide for 7am.

I checked in the generated guide.xml for these entries, and found the following:

Note the start and end times - (Start: 20180710060000 +0000 | End: 20180710093000 +0000)

While the hour portion of the datetime string is correct, the timezone is not - over here in the UK we are in British Summer Time (GMT+1).

I apologise if this is a trivial question, and I've missed something obvious, but is there a config i can update that will adjust the timezone to GMT+1 but revert back to GMT+0 when British Summer Time ends?
