I have been using Webgrab Plus for some time under Win7. This month I have switched to a new machine with Win10. I downloaded the latest production version of WedGrab and used the same config file I had with the previous system which has mode incremental set
A very large number of program names had (?) after the programme name. I have read items about this in earlier posts. I changed to mode Force and it has just got worse. The question marks occur against almost every programme in every channel. I am using TVGUIDE for the UK. I only have 2 channels that have largely escaped having (?) added and one of those channels is BBC News HD and the other is BBC One HD although the standard version of BBC One is 'infected'.
I suppose I must be doing something wrong. Any suggestions? Thanks
Maybe reading the "Rules & Guidelines" and next our FAQ?
Thanks. But this is now on every programme on almost every channel. An exception is BBC HD is OK (for the moment) but BBC South (99% same programmes) is not. It is not a major issue but an irritation. It has resulted from going from an earlier version of WebGrab plus to the latest version. The (?) started to spread like a virus over a few days through the epg. I'll live with it if necessary
Well thanks for taking the trouble to reply. This is an entry placed in the guide:
<programme start="20180118231000 +0000" stop="20180118231500 +0000" channel="BBC TWO HD">
<title lang="en">Weather (?)</title>
<category lang="en">Weather</category>
<subtitles />
<star-rating>
<value>8.9/10</value>
</star-rating>
And this is what the log file says:
[ Debug ] suspicious title in index page = Weather
[ Debug ] differs from title in showdetails = Weather (?)
