Good day to all. I just started using WG+ V2.0 (not Beta) and have yet to make it work for me. I have tried the manual methods described in your documentations and still no joy. I am using Perfect Player V1.1.4 on a windows 10 box. Since I could not get the configuration to work correctly after manay attempts, I decided to use xmlgrabplus v1.03 which I found on your site. This did speed things up but no joy as well which is why I am asking for your assistance here. Here is what I have so far:
Webgrab+ installed okay using all the defaults. I copied the USA folder from siteini.pack to siteini.user folder. I used the tv.com site as my test but after thinking about that now it probably wasn't the best choice because it uses a cookie file (which was created as instructed). I have attached the various files in hopes that you can assist me. Perfect player also use an m3u file for the playlist but I only used the generated xml file. Maybe that is what's missing, but I don't know as this is the first time using Webgrab+. I have been using PP to watch other streams using an m3u file and also an EPG file so I know that the PP setup is fine. Again, thanks in advance for any assistance...Regards...al
Good day. I decided to stay away from the tv.com site because of its cookies usage and try a different simpler approach until I get the syntax config working for 1 channel grab. Using some of your suggestions got me down to one error but after looking in the config file the id is represented correctly. I aso checked the site and appears to be up and running so I am clueless at this point. Files attached for your consideration and thanks in advance for any assistance...regards...al
Good day. That is exactly what I was thinking also but when I loaded the guide.xml file into perfec player, PP says no updates and shows me a blank screen. What players are you using to see this? I also use Kodi but I am trying to see if this would be a good alternative to it. Thnaks for the quick reply.
EDIT
Also tried using VLC but it only accepts m3u files.
