UTC time offset missing in guide.xml

Hi,

I used the  'in.com.ini' file and generated the guide.xml file; one of the entry is as follows:

  <programme start="20160908021800" stop="20160908023300" channel="Asianet News">
    <title lang="en">Doctors Live</title>
    <desc lang="en">Get to know more about common ailments and diseases that affect us and our loved ones. Stay informed on precautions to be taken..(n)</desc>
    <category lang="en">Malayalam</category>
  </programme>

Why is the UTC offset not there in the start and stop times? How do I get it? {eg: 20160908021800 +0530}

Nope I did not use wg2mp.

No errors were there in grabbing it. Don't know how it is getting removed. Any ideas?

YES,,, that worked.....

It so happened that I had to copy the updated webgrabplus.exe from the zip into my installed folder.

Thank you
