What is the difference between similar UK sources?

Hi,

I have noticed that there has been a lot of recent activity in terms of UK EPG sources.

Given that they offer the most channels (used Argus TV), I am only really looking at Sky and TVGuide but note that there are now five options:

m.tvguide.co.uk-full

m.tvguide.co.uk-index

tvguide.co.uk

tv.sky.com

uk-sky.com

I really want to use a single source for all my channels and would be really grateful to know:

1. What is the difference between the three TV Guide sources and the two Sky sources?

2. Generally, which would be the best source for providing data for Argus TV?
