I was trying to grab from MTV 80, 90, CLUB. In vodafone guide webpage there are programs but when grabbing doesnt grab anything.

I'm triying use the vodafone.es siteini, but it does not works. For some reason the channels are skipped:

( 1/1 ) VODAFONE.ES -- chan. (xmltv_id=TV Polonia) -- skipped --> encrypted SiteIni

I'm using the last webgrab version. Do I need a decrypted key for use it?

you need to be donator to run encrypted site.ini

Thanks! Now it is working. The donator license was not enabled yet. I've seen that some channels since the last update have disappeared. Do you going to add them?

run update c will make a new channel list http://webgrabplus.com/documentation/configuration/sitechannelsxml

After update the channels with "c" option. The list is the same.
I've seen the changes in the site ini. And In the previous version the channels are got from this url:
https://www.vodafone.es/c/particulares/es/productos-y-servicios/televisi...

And the new one from this(some of channels do not appears):
https://www.vodafonetvonline.es/tv-guide/Todos%20los%20canales

But in both of them the channels id are the same.

Could we add them manually?

Cannot be added manually, i mean you can add them manually to your config, they cannot be added manually in the site ini if this is what you mean. I suggest you to be patient.
If you are in a rush use the extra channels attached
