I meant to respond to this yesterday and i think my computer crashed. Lol
It depends. Are you looking for just your city's local channels? If so, TVGuide.ini, TVPasssport.ini and TVTV.us all work (although i find the first 2 the most reliable).
if you're talking about finding local channels from different cities, there is no easy way. You have to create channel lists for each Zip code.
