Update LV lattelecom.lv.ini

Hello guys!

Our local TV provider lattelecom.lv changed their website and this means WebGrab is not working anymore for the Latvian ini file on this site.

Tried modifying ini file for new website design but too many things have changed - protocol (http to https), content delivery (they now use jQuery to load EPG data), URL, HTML/CSS classes and IDs, date format and so on. Everything has changed.

The new URL for Latvian TV EPG data is like this one: https://www.lattelecom.lv/majai/tv-programma?tv-type=interactive&view-ty...

The BASE URL would be:

Date format would be: urldate.format {datestring|yyyy-MM-dd}

Any chance of update? Someone here is able to grab that precious data? :)
