since some weeks tvtoday.de is mot working. I get errors like

I'm using Windows7 64 bit and webgrab version 2.1.
I tried prisma insted but this stopped working since a few days too. Is there any working german site? Ist there just something wrong in my configuration?

SSL Configuration changed in Windows or try to install wg++ beta 2.1.11.
create a ssl.reg file, right click -> edit and paste
all between the hash tags inside:
