I only get a few updates per channel on this .ini

have you checked the site?
I don't even see these 2 channels.
don't assume just because they are in your current channel.xml list they must have epg,create a new list and see if they are there.

Besides some error, I noted they ban ip after 15-20 channels (if using vpn then works ok for other 15-20) alternate solution was add a delay see rev 1, it worked for 30 channel. Still to be tested....
