If you cannot open the website there is a restriction by country or your ip has been banned. Only solution is to use a proxy or vpn.

I can download fine from the UK without a VPN. There is also the gononda.com ini available, that also worked the last time I tried
I seem to be able to fetch blitz, ss1, ss2 then i get operation timed out on ss3
many sports sites have reduce shows and some channels are even empty, so check first site to see if there is a problem there.
Looks like http://dstv.co.za/ has gone behind cloudflare, could that be the problem?
