run update c (channel creation) other channels are working

I gave this config a try, but i'm getting an error.

[Warning ] Unable to decrypt!!
[Error ] fatal decryption error: Padding is invalid and cannot be removed.

[ Debug ] statistics upload error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

Obviously there's some more info, but just pasted the error part. Am i doing something wrong? I'm a donor, but didn't see this in the donor area.

I got the same problem as Jenson:
[Error ] no shows in indexpage!

So I did what you said as I understood, I change i to c in WebGrab++.config.xml, so that it re-creates the streamingtvguides.com.E.channels.xml. El Rey channel didn't change, but I tried anyway and I ran webgrabplus. So I get the same errors again:

Other channel working....most of those DTV: have no data
