Smarters pro dont show epg

Hello, I come to ask for help on a subject, I hope it can be put here, I made my XML with the names of the right channels, for example if you put it on tivimate, the epgs are right for 320 channels, but if you put it in Smarters Pro or My Online TV only appears for 16 channels, does anyone know how to work on all programs?
