Most of the channels in the romanian section is not updated and stoped working
?is it posible to update them and also add http://www.horizon.tv as a source

The horizon.tv listed under International works.
However you may need the use of a PHP script.
I have attached the versions I use at the moment.
You may need to change the location of the PHP script. Here is 192.168.178.30, which is an Ip from my internal netwerk. This should point the Ip address used in your situation.
I have also attached 2 siteIni's for use in Romania.
However, my SiteIni's are optimized for use in enigma2. You may want to remove all lines after:
*For classical credits - remove the next lines
