plus.es.ini requires a update

Dear team,

since a couple of days, the current version of plus.es.ini (v1.1.1/5405) is not anymore valid. Plus.es changed its website, and webgrabplus cannot connect anymore to the server. Could you please update the plus.es.ini (and channels if neccessary)?
