no shows in indexpage! TVPASSPORT.COM

Hello, today I tried to download the tvpassport programming guide but this does not work.
I get the following error.

CHANNEL FILE CREATION also doesn't work, If you could repair the file I would really appreciate it,I attached my ini file, removed code so that only download the name of the tv show.
