all this types of unable to decrypt are because modification of siteini, either because the headers have been modified or because a copy/paste or a wrong transfer of the file.
So run update siteini.pack with /.wg++/bin/SiteIni.Pack.Update.sh or if you use winscp set binary transfer mode to copy paste the entire siteini file
in windows is under C:\Program Files (x86)\WebGrab+Plus\bin\SiteIni.Pack.Update.exe
your problem is also that the copy you have under C:\Users\Chethan\AppData\Local\WebGrab+Plus\siteini.user\dishtv.in.ini -- Revision Unknown
is wrong....so delete it ...you should have
C:\Users\Chethan\AppData\Local\WebGrab+Plus\siteini.user\dishtv.in.ini -- Revision 0

All this channels exist in SiteIni Pack and are fine and very good
removed siteini not worth the fix.
