multiple configuration folders

Hello,
for now, only one configuration folder supported as an option:

Usage: WebGrab+Plus [OPTIONS...] [CONFIG_FOLDER]
OPTIONS:

CONFIG_FOLDER:
  This is the absolute path to the configuration folder.

Can we extend it to support multiple folders at once?
