Just seen this not been able to run it yet for some reason i am getting a blank workspace, i will try and figure that out later but my main query is that can this be used to enter epg data into the xml if it cannot be grabbed ie if using a dummy channel can i enter the data in.

Hi,
with the EPGViewer/Editor you can add text to the description of each individual show of your EPG. You don't need a dummy channel for that.
If, for whatever other reason you want to create a dummy channel , you can do that with WG++ by using dummy.ini in:
