try this.
i cant figure out the timezone.
example the site time for a show is 2:00 am,data has 3:00 am
timezone=Europe/Mardird is UTC+0200 doesnt make the time match(its 1 hr ahead)
timezone=UTC is UTC+0000 doesnt make the time match(its 1 hr behind)
timezone=[users_timezone] doesnt it make it match for me either.
the correct timezone is one of these 3,can you compare the epg to the stream(only way to figure it out) and let me know whats correct.
its set to Europe/Madrid currently.

looks like your being geo blocked, what country are you trying it from?

Edit:
i think i figured out the timezone.
the times are in the users local timezone but it still isnt correct.
for me i am in ADT(UTC-0300) but the times are still 1 hour off comparing epg to the site but if i take into consideration my location observes DST(daylight savings time), AST(UTC-0400) would make it match correctly to the site.
this all could be a site issue, the only way to tell is compare the epg to the stream.

appears to be a issue with netframework versions of webgrab(V2.x,V3.x)
i normally use V5.x(dotnet version) which works fine.

you may have to update to dotnet version of webgrab.
V4.x needs dotnet runtime 5.x
V5.x needs dotnet runtime 6.x

to update webgrab install V4.2.2 first as it has a full installer
then you can upgrade to V5.x if you wish.
there are many posts in the forums on dotnet/webgrab setup.

Note:
you dont need to remove V2.x or V3.x
you can have both installed(older netframework versions like V2.x,V3.x) and newer dotnet versions(V4.x,V5.x) installed at the same time.
V2.x,V3.x uses run shortcut,V4.x,V5.x uses run.net

With VPN it works perfectly.

Thank you very much for the .ini

Just a small modification:
index_showicon.modify {replace|/ |/}

Hello.

I added .ini and .xml to siteini.user for download EPG on this channel.
But, i have error thats show in attached picture.

This error is due to robot's check algorithm? (same that @davidmumar his says)

Thanks.
