Generate automatically from EPG and send

I am using Windows and would like to program to generate the EPG automatically from 3 in 3 days, and would like to send automatically from the cloud to apache server, it will be that someone can help me.

I don't understand send from cloud to apache? Can you give me more details? Like from googledrive to ftp?
