i saw the same error on windows 10 and i think prob is wrong .Net framework version. Which .Net version requiement?

runs ok in Windows 10, you just need to make changes to the file in the folder of the editor and post it to your XML .. and will work.. if you still need help I will help in either arabic or english, dont speak spanish
