i dont even or never have used a m3u list(or perfect player) but i can tell you that you are way off

#EXTM3U

#EXTINF:-1,<channel id="WWE 24HRS">
<display-name lang="en">WWE 24HRS</display-name>
    <icon src="http://content.osn.com/logo/channel/cropped/WWE.png" />
    <url>http://********/wweguide.xml>

this should be something like..

#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:-1,WWE 24HRS
http://stream/address/

if i remember -1 means the length of the program is unknown

WWE 24HRS is the display name and not the channel id,in your example they are both the same.this may not be true for all channels so play attention when your going through your guide.xml and adding them.do a single channel first to see if the epg will show.

good luck.

EDIT:

quick search and i found this..

http://niklabs.com/faq/#qe-faq-1276

also if you watch this video it shows how to setup perfect player, around the 3 minute mark it shows where to add your epg url address.

guess u didnt bother looking at either of the 2 links i gave you above?

because if you did u would know that the epg.xml adress doesnt go in a m3u list, how do u expect the channel to srteam without the stream address?

watch the video, the guide.xml is added via a menu option not in your m3u list.

now you know as much as i do and i can help no furthur.
