Eonet.jp decryption key has expired and now can't decrypted. But It wasn't usable for a few days before expiry date. Not sure if anything changed on the site.
Please look into it there is a few channels that can't find epg on any other sites.

It is not working now with domain name can't be resolved for 'epg2.eonet.jp'. Seem like there was changes and now need update.

I think the same; I searched on that webpage but I can't founded the link to EPG.
I founded other sources that shows EPG by prefectures (regions) and terrestrial 地デジ satellite BS and CS:

bangumi and tver will not work
if you look at the sites ,all of them have the hour in the left column.
all the actual programs only have the xx for minute of that corresponding hour block on the left.
there is no way for webgrab to calculate the actual start time for the program.
yahoo is a maybe,i tried it many years ago and they did some weird stuff then and it couldnt be dont.
i will have to take another look and see if anything changed.

locals and BS channel
there are 2 channel xml sections,one for the regions and one for grabbing the channel list for the region you want.
i am supplying the region file so you dont need to use the first section.
it only needs to be used if they ever add another region,or change the region id.
copy the region channel line from the file provided to your wg config.xml
use <update>c2-region_name</update>
replace region_name with region your creating the list for,example..
c2-Tokyo or use the japaneses name

sky perfect is single channel multi day epg
there are notes in the channel creation sections explaining the above also.
