Directv.ini (ECUADOR)

Can someone tell me If exist one ini file for this site https://www.directv.com.ec/guia/

I checked the file.ini of directv but I believe It's just to Directv USA or with that same file Can I get the live channels from any country, in my case of Ecuador.
