there was a duplicate revision number and a small problem with the showsplit.ini has been updated in git.
sitini pack might update by time u read this,it should be revision 1.
duplicate revision number alone would cause webgrab to error and exit so i have no idea where ur data is comming from.
provide atleast the site_id="xx" value.

I have the syntax error problem.
I'm using webgrab+ 3.3 on windows, I'm using the latest canalplus-afrique.com.ini, I think that my xml is ok, I've copied the lines from the xml file http://webgrabplus.com/sites/default/files/download/ini/info/siteini.pac.... It was ok some weeks agao.
The other networks in my xml are working but for c+ africa, I get this:

use the canalplus.com.ini that also in the network folder.
its the new sites that they are changing to.
open the ini and read the remarks near the top.
there a country file and few country lists also already there.
